Our Story
Fair Haven finally has tacos.
Born in Mexican kitchens, raised on the Jersey shore. We opened Tomatillos to feed a flavor this town has been missing.
Every tortilla pressed that morning. Every salsa blended by hand. The al pastor spins from open until it's gone — usually before dinner. No shortcuts. No apologies.
We're quick-service, not fast food. Six minutes to your plate, because you have somewhere to be. But the six minutes before that? Those belong to the kitchen.
